Every effort has a record. Traditionally that's a document — static, stale, ignored. Living Pages replaces documents with HTML pages that update in real time, serve as AI context, and are readable by anyone, anywhere.

The Effort Manual (EM) is the core Living Page type — a complete, always-current record of an effort. Plans, decisions, marks, capabilities, governance, people. One place. Always right.

Other Living Page types extend the system: Operator Profiles, Agent Registries, Governance Stacks, Intelligence Feeds. Any document that should never be stale can become a Living Page.
